Shipping Information

We ship our products in paper. No plastic. No bubble wrap. Just paper.

  • If you’ve ordered a small quantity from us then you will receive your package inside a paper satchel that’s been padded with 100% recycled paper along with your precious products wrapped in honeycombed Kraft paper to deflect any shock away from the products.
  • If you’ve ordered a larger quantity of items then you may receive your products in a cardboard box that is sealed up with paper tape. As with the above satchels, your products will be wrapped in honeycombed Kraft paper, which will then be dispersed inside the box using recycled and shredded paper so that the products don’t rattle around inside the box.

All the shipping packaging that your products will arrive in is 100% recyclable paper, because being eco-conscious is one of our top priorities.


How long will my products take to arrive?

Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 3 business days for the order to be fulfilled. I try to make the products as fresh as possible which means making small batch quantities, so if an item is out of stock then I may need some time to make a fresh one for you.



Once the order is fulfilled, domestic orders are sent out to you using Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral delivery company. Domestic orders usually take approx. 2-3 business days (although please allow up to 5 business days for remote areas).

Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes and post offices, only to physical street addresses. If you’ve chosen to require a ‘signature on delivery’ and are not at home (or work) to receive your package, then you will be given the option to reschedule delivery for another day or to pick the package up from a designated point (usually a news-agency or service station).



For international orders, shipping can sometimes only take 6 business days if you’re a close neighbour to Australia, although please allow up to 15 business days for countries further away. Once you’ve made your purchase and the order has been fulfilled, we will notify you of the estimated delivery window specific to your area. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment, although please be advised that some countries do not offer full tracking capabilities and so once your package has left Australia you may not receive any more tracking updates.

Additionally, there is an off chance that your country requires import tax or import duty for overseas packages. Please note that DULA does not cover any additional customs taxes or charges on the buyer’s behalf. In the event that your package is held in customs in your country of residence, it is your responsibility to pay any required costs.
